Affinity and PHPS join forces after more than a decade of successful collaboration. PH Production Services has long had a great affinity with—well—Affinity Events Limited! Over the last ten years, our two businesses have worked together on hundreds of conferences, events, and large-scale productions. Now, we’ve taken the next big step: merging into one unified and expert-led event management company.

One Team. One Vision. Double the Impact.

From June 2025, Affinity Events Ltd has officially merged with PH Production Services Ltd. This exciting change brings together our combined experience, specialist staff, and technical inventory. As a result, we can now manage even more ambitious events, both in the UK and internationally.

Moreover, the merger reflects our shared passion for high-impact audiovisual production and strategic event delivery. PHPS continues to provide cutting-edge site-specific production, video production, live streaming, and hybrid event services. Meanwhile, Affinity brings vast experience in event logistics, design, medical and corporate conferencing, speaker management, and delegate support.

Ultimately, this next chapter means better service, broader capabilities, and even more tactical support for our clients. As Affinity and PHPS join forces, we’re already welcoming new technicians and a Project Development & Marketing Manager—in preparation for an exciting 2025 calendar.

Importantly, all existing client relationships remain unchanged. Directors Jenni, Keith, Pete, and Russell continue to lead operations. Meanwhile, Vicki and Jenni remain at their original locations, with technical equipment centralised at PHPS’s North Staffordshire base. In addition, we’re maintaining our trusted network of freelancers to ensure service quality stays at the highest level.
